1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 47bet ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 47bet website located at https://47bet.im, including all associated services, features, content, and applications offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 47bet Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform without exception, including players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwise.

47bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with 47bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 47bet will not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 47bet or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal right to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 47bet or any of its affiliated companies, and you must not be an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, statutes, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 47bet makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside those where we are licensed to operate.

47bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address from any player at any time, including prior to processing a first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending investigation.

If 47bet discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, void any bets placed, and withhold any winnings pending investigation. Any deposits will be returned to the source payment method where legally and technically possible.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the 47bet Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, IP address, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 47bet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 47bet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party with or without your knowledge — will be treated as your activity and governed by these Terms.

47bet strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in the account security settings section of the Platform.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 47bet immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 47bet will take reasonable steps to assist, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

47bet reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention standards. These procedures may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested may have deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 47bet Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 47bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 47bet does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 47bet bears no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard, which may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are prioritised for processing within 15 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

All funds deposited into your 47bet account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 47bet will not process withdrawals to a payment method or bank account that differs from the one used for deposits without completing additional verification. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the Platform.

47bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of any suspected irregular or fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is delayed for these reasons, 47bet will inform the affected player by email as promptly as practicable.

Deposits that are made in error or that remain unclaimed due to a failed payment gateway transaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

47bet offers promotional bonuses and special offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is launched, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, expiry dates, and any maximum withdrawal limits that apply to winnings derived from bonus funds.

Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, the requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed from the bonus balance (or combined real-money and bonus balance, as specified per promotion) before any winnings attributable to bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified in the individual promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all 47bet bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• 47bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using low-risk or excluded betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Bonus funds will expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
• 47bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, the decision of 47bet shall be final and binding.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 47bet Platform are subject to the specific rules of the market, sport, or game to which they relate. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type.

47bet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest pricing error. A manifest error is an obvious and palpable error that no reasonable player would expect to be honoured. In such cases, 47bet will notify affected players and return all staked amounts to the player's account balance.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (Bangladesh Tigers, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets offered on the Platform:

• Bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body. 47bet reserves up to 72 hours after the conclusion of an event to settle markets where results are subject to official confirmation.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the applicable market rules specify otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. 47bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of high volatility or connectivity disruption.
• The maximum payout per event, per day, and per market type is subject to limits displayed on the Platform. 47bet reserves the right to limit the bet amount accepted from any individual player at any time.

For live casino games and RNG games provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, the rules of each game are governed by the rules published within the game interface itself. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the game provider's records will be used to determine the outcome and settle all bets. 47bet accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 47bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct, whether individually or in collusion with other players, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register in your name, for the purpose of gaining multiple bonus credits or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with 47bet support.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit consent, or using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money laundering: Using the 47bet Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in betting and gaming activities. Any deposits that appear to be structured to avoid AML detection thresholds will be flagged and reported.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or engaging in any activity that could constitute match-fixing or corruption of sporting integrity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other method that 47bet reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform. Any chargeback initiated in bad faith will result in account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their 47bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method provided there are no outstanding verification requirements, pending investigations, or active bonuses subject to wagering requirements.

47bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• 47bet has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player's account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The player is found to be on a self-exclusion list maintained by 47bet or a partner organisation.
• Account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons applicable in the player's jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 47bet as a result of a breach of these Terms, any balances associated with that account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be frozen pending investigation. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, 47bet reserves the right to withhold such balances as damages or to remit them in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

9 Limitation of Liability

The 47bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 47bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 47bet shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and promotional content.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Any losses resulting from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks beyond 47bet's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, howsoever caused.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 47bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By using the 47bet Platform, you acknowledge and accept that all betting and gaming activity involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds you deposit and wager. 47bet is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur, and the Platform should be used solely for entertainment purposes with funds you can afford to lose.

10 Amendments to These Terms

47bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://47bet.im/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever material changes are made.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 47bet will provide advance notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and request closure of your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
